This short byway connects the Webster County communities of Hacker Valley and Cleveland, passing through Holly River State Park along the way. The village of Hacker Valley was named for John Hacker who legend has it, took possessions of a tract of land nearby by “tomahawk mark” in 1772. The byway terminates in the village of Cleveland, named in honor of Grover Cleveland.
